Announcement of the Expiration of Decree No. 109 of 2024 on the Designation of Overseas Test Centers for the Purpose of Certification of Telecommunication Equipment and\/or Telecommunication Devices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In connection with the expiration of Decree No. 109 of 2024 on the establishment of overseas test centers for the purpose of certification of telecommunications equipment and\/or telecommunications devices on December 31, 2024, the Test Result Report (LHU) issued by overseas test centers as of January 1, 2025 cannot be used for the certification process until the overseas test centers are re-established with the latest regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In accordance with the regulation of Indonesia\u2019s Ministry of Communication and Digital Affairs No. 5 of 2024 on the establishment of test centers for telecommunications equipment and\/or telecommunications devices, the LHU issued in the month before January 1, 2025 can still be used for the next 6 (six) months.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
